Losing weight and toning up has always been a challenge for me. I've struggled with myself for years ever since middle school. For example, my stomach stuck out more than my butt and my boobs did and they should never ever be like that but ever since being introduced to the Yor Health I've been able to work towards my goals at a faster pace and getting a flat stomach! However, unfortunately after a month into the best body challenge, I had to go into surgery the last 3 weeks of my challenge and I was prohibited from working out after surgery. But I must say that the progress I've had so far was only for a month's worth of using the products and working out! The results that I've gotten so far exceeded my expectations! Those results would have taken at least 6 months for me to see! Everyday I take my daily vitamins, digestive, repair, probiotics, and complete burn. I exercise once a day at night for about 1-2 hours depending on the workout routine for that day. I take the complete burn 30minutes before my workout and I LOVE the extra boost it gives me! The challenge has helped my mentality stay stronger and motivated me to keep pushing harder and persevering not only in my daily exercise but also life in general.
