Hola a todos!!
Súper contento de finalizar un reto más !! Y es que ya se ha vuelto un estilo de vida para mi. Este reto, cómo la mayoría, fué diferente. Había dejado de lado un poco los buenos hábitos, y por trabajo, cansancio y pretextos no había entrenado como antes. Me sentía agotado, me sentía desmotivado, hasta que hubo un punto en el que dije YA BASTA! Porque empecé a perder lo que había ganado en salud y físicamente.
Así que comencé y retomé, poniéndome pequeñas metas , y así cumpliéndolas me fuí motivando.
Entreno intenso de Lunes a Viernes, rutina de pesas y después cardio. Hago el detoxLB, combinado con ayuno intermitente, me ha dado muy buenos resultados, ya es mi estilo de vida.
Me tomo todos los productos de YOR Health !! Me encantan.Hago mi mezcla metabólica con BARE Oils cítricos , y la tomo en cápsula antes de entrenar.
En este mes y medio y medio que llevo enfocado , logré bajar mi porcentaje de grasa corporal, de 17% a 14% y subí 1kilo y medio de músculo.
