Hola mi nombre es Alain Morales me gusta practicar deporte, antes de este reto yo me encontraba desesperado, ya que me era muy difícil el subir peso magro. Yo me inscribí en el reto porque quería mejorar mi salud al mismo tiempo que quería subir musculo y bajar mi porcentaje de grasa, al comenzar mi peso era de 82kg subí 3 kilos mi peso pero manteniendo la grasa en niveles bajos.

Mi régimen fue el siguiente al levantar bare oíl toronja y greatgreens, 2 pastillas vitamina esenciall con todos mis alimentos, digestión ultra antes de la comida de la tarde , antes de hacer pesas berry blast y al finalizar Yorshake y Yormuscle, me ejercite de 3 a 4 veces x semana.
