Hola. Mi nombre es Jenny Munoz tengo 33 años.
Es mi segundo reto y decidi volver a inscribirme por que el primero me motivó a seguir con estos cambios y por verme y sentirme muy bien.
Éste reto es más personal...
Amo todos los productos de Yor Health pero mis favoritos son Yor shake de Vainilla y Super greens. No podía faltar mi aceite de Limón, lo tomaba todas las mañanas en ayunas junto con 1 cápsulas de Repair y 2 de Super Slim y mi aceite de menta mezclado con aceite de coco fraccionado aplicandomelo en los musculos despues de mi rutina de ejercicio, la mezcla metabólica me la aplicaba en el abdomen todos los dias después de bañarme y antes de comenzar mi rutina de ejercicios. En realidad tomaba casi todos los productos de Yor Health, Super Slim una hora antes de cada comida, seguí con el ayuno de 16 horas. Y comiendo lo más saludable, quite de mi menú azúcar,pan,grasas malas.
Alrededor de 1 hora y media diaria de ejercicio de Lunes a Viernes.
Mi estilo de vida cambió mucho y estoy muy contenta con eso. Es el comienzo de un nuevo estilo de vida.
