Este reto fue un buen aprendizaje, basicamente me mantuve en mi peso del reto anterior. Fue genial como he aprendido a conocer mas mi cuerpo y poder controlarlo fue mucho mas facil que antes. Este reto descanse un poco del regimen estricto que traia, segui dentro de lo saludable pero tambien un que otro antojito y aun asi conservarme para mi fue darme cuenta que mi cuerpo ya esta metabolizando mucho mejor y eso me pone Feliz, predicare enzimas por donde quiera!!! :)
Nos vemos en el siguiente desafio!! y voy por una meta mas grande, gracias por acompañarme en el camino y compensar nuestros esfuerzos!! pues soy una ganadora del YorBestBody y eso me llena de orgullo y me motiva muchisimo a continuar y a ayudar a muchas personas que estan como yo estaba.
