Hi my name is sanya vang. I love fitness and doing the 8 week challenge! This have been of one of the toughest one for me. There was so many things i have to do such as traveling, new year celebration, and family gatherings. But I feel amazing being able to finish it because staying on track and working towards my fitness goals makes me happy and motivated!
At the start of my journey I was 145 lbs and ending in 142 lbs. The results wasn’t as I expected but I loved how my physique looked now. My body got toner and I feel a lot more healthy than before. My fitness performance got better as I progress through the 8 week challenge. Thank you to yorhealth and the 8 week challenge for giving me the good healthy feeling back! I can’t wait to do another challenge and smash it!
