Hola hola!!!
Realmente me siento muy feliz por haber terminado un reto mas!!
La verdad veo mis fotos juntas y no se donde traía esos casi nueve kilos que perdí!! y lo mas interesante es que empece a finales de año con tanta comida rondado en el ambiente y para ponerle la aceituna al pastel tuve visitas de proveedores y era comer fuera de casa! casi imposible llevar una dieta rigurosa pero eso es lo milagroso del DETOX LB, respete muy bien las horas de ayuno, iniciaba mi día con el GREAT GREEN y algunas ocaciones el BERRY BLAST!, hacia mi comida normal con 2 capsulas de YOR DIGEST ULTRA. Cerraba mis ingestas de alimento con el YOR SHAKE.
Este reto a sido muy revelador de que si se puede mantener los niveles de energía óptimos con tan solo ser disciplinado en lo que comes y cuando lo comes!!
