Hola Familia Yor!!!
Este reto fue diferente y especial, deje varios meses sin hacer nada.
La verdad eso de no hacer nada no me va muy bien con mis metas.
Integre el detox lb a mi vida diaria.
16 horas de ayuno al día
2 capsulas de Yor Shape tres veces al día (de 30 a 40 minutos antes de cada comida)
Después del ayuno una medida de Súper Green
Con mis alimentos una capsula de Yor digest
Y por la tarde una medida de malteada de chocolate para cerrar ventana de comidas.
Entre comidas algunas nueves y almendras.
Al despertar un vaso con agua y una cuchara de vinagre de manzana orgánico con una gota de aceite esencial de limón.
No es costumbre desde hace tiempo el mi piel uso aceite esencia de lavanda con coco fraccionado.
De dos a tres veces por semana realice crossfit y empecé hace unas semanas con clases de yoga.
