ESTOY SUPER CONTENTAA!!!!
Amo este estilo de vida.
Siempre tuve problemas con mi peso. Tenía que caer en los extremos...o demasiado ejercicio o matándome con dietas dificiles y citas a nutriólogos, NUNCA entendí cómo funcionaba mi cuerpo, hasta ahora!!!
Soy FAN #1 de los suplementos. El detox vino a revolucionar mi mente y la manera en la que como y me nutro.
Hago ayuno de 14 a 16 horas. Cuando empiezo a comer, me tomo mi super greens con fibra y berry blast. Eso me da energía y me quita las ansias de comer en la mañana.
En la hora de la comida, como por lo general una ensalada, una sopa y un guisado normal con mis enzimas digestivas.
Y en la tarde cierro ventana con mi malteda de chocolate y fresas congeladas. Varios días durante el reto me daba mis gustos y es lo que amooo del detox. :)
En la noche me tomo mi repair y probióticos y por la mañana el shape.
Quiero seguir con este estilo de vida por mucho tiempo más.
