Hello all. This is my first time entering a challenge and I never knew how much proper nutrition and YOR products could change how I feel about myself. It’s been a struggle to lose my pooch after having three kids. I’m not overweight, but always felt bloated and despite working out 3-4 times a week I didn’t see much progress. I started out weighing 120 lbs and I’m now 112 lbs and feel better than I’ve ever been. I’m motivated to do more and the best part is going shopping for clothes and not feel self conscious about the way my belly looks.


I work out at least 4 times a week at Orange Theory. I take 2 scoops of YOR MRP, 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus , 1 scoop of YOR Supergreens and 1 packet of YOR Berry Blast after every workout. For snacks I eat a vegetable or fruit with 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. For lunch I take 2-4 YOR Digestive Ultra with my meal. And for dinner I take 2 scoops of YOR MRP, 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus , 1 scoop of YOR Supergreens and 1 packet of YOR Berry Blast. Before bed I take 2 YOR Probiotics and 2 YOR Repair.

One week into the challenge, I realize how much I was over eating. Keeping a daily journal of what I ate helped me with counting my calories and made me accountable. The difference it makes when you give your body the proper nutrition; not feeling tired all the time. I’m so proud to say I completed this challenge and will continue to incorporate this new LIFESTYLE into my daily life .
