This challenge was totally different for me. I was told after the age of 40 that it would be very hard to lose weight and gain muscle. People said that you just gained weight as you age. So I set out to challenge that. During the holiday I focused just on my nutrition with YOR Health supplementation and I got incredible results. Without much working out I was able to lose over 20lbs and put on about 5 pounds of lean muscle, that was my previous best body challenge that started November 2017 to January 2018. During this challenge I lost an additional 5 pounds and reduced my body fat considerably! I’m really happy with my results and I prove to myself that it doesn’t matter what age you are if you want something bad enough, you can go get it!
