Hola Comunidad del YOR Best Body, acabo de finalizar mi reto de 8 semanas y estoy muy contenta porque he bajado 8 kilos. No me habia dado cuenta del cambio tan grande hasta que compare las fotografias del antes y el despues, me siento muy motivada a seguir con este estilo de vida y a seguir nutriendo mi cuerpo de manera consciente.
Lo que mas me gusta de los productos de YOR Health ademas de ser faciles de preparar es que son deliciosos y cualquier persona puede adecuarlos a su estilo de vida. Mi regimen para estos 8 kilos menos fue el siguiente:
Al despertar 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra
Tomar mi YOR Shake de Chocolate
A la hora de la comida, acompañar esta con una pastilla de YOR Digest Ultra y YOR Shape
A media tarde me tomo mis Super Green
Y a la noche mi YOR Shake de Chocolate y 1 YOR Repair Ultra.
No lleve dieta (Porque no creo en ellas, creo en aprender a comer) Comi delicioso todo mi reto, comidas balanceadas y ricas.
Entrene 5 veces por semana con variaciones de 1 a 2 horas por dia.
Mi sueño se regulo, mi cara se ve super limpia y libre de impurezas, me siento llena de energia y con ganas de entrar ya a otro reto!
