Hello! My name is Charity, and I want to thank YOR Health for being with me to support my health goals. I started the Challenge 8 Weeks ago. I was feeling sluggish and out of shape. So I decided to start the New Year right and get on track being focusing on gaining muscle, while losing a few more pounds.
I started the Challenge at 195 pounds and wanted to lose 15 pounds. Also during this period I started up kickboxing as my exercise routine about four days a week, an hour a day; on top of studying Wing Chun Kung Fu once or twice a week. So a lot of strength and cardio involved, mostly body weight.
I would start with a YOR shake in the morning with YOR Fiber. For lunch, I would eat a heavier meal, with a focus on protein and veggies, of course taking YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins with it. For a snack during the day I would have another shake and follow it with a berry blast for that energy I needed. In the evening I would either eat a light meal or just have a shake if I wasn't too hungry. Before bed I would take a YOR probiotic.
Throughout the day I was also conscious of my water intake and made sure I was staying hydrated. Today I feel more energized, lighter, happier, stronger. I now weigh 181 pounds (14 lb loss), and now I have to get new clothes in smaller sizes! haha. I'm also super happy with the noticeable muscle definition in my arms.
