Estoy muy contento por el resultado y el avance que eh tenido con todos los productos, llevo el programa DETOX, por las mañanas tomo agua tibia con una gota de AE de limón, practicó crossfit 3 días a la semana, 2 días corro de 5 a 7 km, como a las 10:30am tomo YOR Super Greens para iniciar mi ventana de ayuno, a las 11am desayuno, mi comida trato de llevarla balanceada, mi hora de comida es a las 4pm, me toco un YOR Digest Ultra dependiendo de mi comida, por la noche antes de 8pm si tengo hambre o antojos me tomo 2 tomas de YOR Shake o 1 de GREAT•protein (Dependiendo si me lo tomo después del ejercicio).
Durante el ejercicio tomó Muscle Energy y aveces con Berry Blast.
