En esta ocasión me uní al reto de 8 semanas para permanecer comprometido durante este periodo de tiempo ya que he notado que cuando no me inscribo, me relajo y soy permisivo con mis entrenamientos y alimentación.

En esta ocasión utilicé yor muscle energy y súper greens así como los aceites de menta, limón y eucalipto

Por las mañanas y en ayunas me hacía un té de menta, limon y eucalipto utilizando los bare olis,
Después rompía el ayuno con mi súper greens e ingería mis alimentos.

Después de entrenar cerraba con muscle energy mi consumo calórico del día.

Mis entrenamientos fueron en promedio 4.4 por semana de una hora cada día. Aproximadamente a las seis de la tarde lo que me permitía cerrar mi ventana de alimentación muy temprano.

Aumente a 40.6 mi porcentaje de músculo y disminuí a 18.8 mi porcentaje de grasa, estoy muy contento con mis cambios.
