My first cycle I lost 53lbs. This cycle was only 3lbs. While you may look at this at see someone who tried but didn’t change much, you’d be wrong. I may have not lost lbs, but I lost a lot of bad habits. I had the opportunity to fight a plateau and not lose hope and not give up or stop trying. I kept myself going to the gym and pushing myself to become stronger and stronger. So much so I beat all previous personal records I had for benching, squatting, leg press, and more. Then I broke those records. My take away from this cycle is that I am stronger, healthier, slimmer, and am taking control of my well being.
