Suite à mon challenge de 8 semaines, je me suis à nouveau amélioré au niveau endurance.
Mais je n’ai pas atteint mes objectifs souhaités du fait de certains écarts alimentaires hors des repas.
Cependant, je planifie à l’avance mes repas et je m’assure d’avoir un repas équilibré en nutriments dont j’ai besoin et je mange léger le soir.
Je prends les probiotiques pour une bonne flore intestinale et m’assurer d’avoir une bonne élimination.
Je prends les enzymes digestives, Digest Ultra, pour économiser mon organisme et rendre mon alimentation mieux assimilable dans l’intestin.
Je prends également le Supergreen après le sport ou avant d’aller dormir pour diminuer l’acidité.
Je prends le YOR Shake après le sport ou bien au réveil le matin.
