Superrr!!!!!!
Estoy muy emocionado terminando mi segundo reto, y sintiendome cada vez mejor, he bajado peso, tallas, pero lo mejor es k me siento muy bien de estado de animo, y ha sido super sencillo. Haciendo ejercicio con otros challenger´s y compartiendo rutinas de ejercicio, testimonios, de tanta gente que asi como yo han visto resultados increibles.
Tomo toda la linea de YOR HEALTH que me da energía para todo el dia, ademas siento como mi cuerpo se nutre y oxigena.
Es dificil comenzar a hacer ejercicio, pero una ves que comenze ya fue dificil para, por que me siento muy bien, haciendo 3 veces a las semana ejercicio.
Estoy terminando mi ciclo 2, muy feliz y listo para comenzar mi tercer RETO, 8 semanas mas, para lograr todas mis metas.
