Hi, my name is Sarah and I'm 31 years old from Melbourne, Australia.
This is my first challenge and I began this 8 week challenge to find my best body and get into peak physical fitness. I wanted to challenge myself to be disciplined and focused at training and in my general day to day life. I am extremely happy with the results, I am healthier and fitter than I have ever been thanks to the Yor Best Body Challenge!
Each morning when I woke up I would have a shake consisting of the Yor Shake Vanilla, Yor Supergreens, Yor Fiber Plus and Yor Berry Blast. This gave me the energy to get off to a great start each day, and as an added bonus it was delicious!
During the morning at work I would snack on some fruit. Then at lunch I would enjoy a salad I had prepared the previous night. Prior to eating lunch I would also take the Yor Digest Ultra and Yor Essential Vitamins.
I would have have another small snack or occasionally enjoy a Yor Shake Vanilla for afternoon tea.
Most nights after work I would train. If I needed a bit more energy prior to training I would have a Yor Berry Blast. To ensure a quick recovery after each training session, I would have Yor Repair Ultra and a shake that included Yor Shake Vanilla and sometimes some mixed berries or fruit.
I enjoyed a light healthy dinner each night, ensuring I took the Yor Essential Vitamins with Yor Digest Ultra before eating.
Joining and completing the Yor Best Body 8-Week Challenge inspired me to work hard and stay disciplined over the past 8 weeks. It also showed me that I am capable of continuing this journey into the future and maintaining a fitter and healthier me!!
