deseo comentar mi ensayo como fue:
inicialmente les comparto que soy persona que le gusta el ejercicio...sin embargo por mi edad ya me es dificil mantenerme en forma y sobre todo mantener un peso ideal.
Por lo que me decidi a entrar al reto de yor health tomando los productos para poder mejorar mi estado fisico...
como logre bajar de peso y mi abdomen que era el que mas me incomodaba?
iniciaba en la mañana alrededor de las 8 am...tomando un Repair y un Probiotic
antes de desayunar tomaba dos shape y un digestivo entre mis alimentos....
Al inciciar mis actividades en el ejercicio...tomaba mi muscle energy....
en la comida....tomaba un yor shape y un digestivo entre mis alimentos
y para cerrar ventana por la noche al rededor de las 8 pm solamente mi malteada yor shake...
