buenos día,

me llamo Erik y en este desafió he bajado 9 kg anteriormente pesaba 149 kg y ahora mi peso actual es de 140 kg,usando los probioticos para restablecer mi salud intestinal y tomándolos 1 vez por día en ayuno de 12 hrs combinándolo también con dieta y ejercicio diario: las primeras 4 semanas fue solo caminar trotando durante pocos metros esto por 1 hr/5 dias a la semana, conforme fueron pasando las semanas mi cuerpo comenzó a tener un poco mas de movilidad y algo de condición física. Entrando el segundo mes empece con entrenamiento MMA durante 5 días a la semana continuando con la dieta y el ayuno diario, hoy en día
y gracias a todo esto me siento con mas energia, mas seguro de mi, ahora puedo caminar tramos largos, subir y bajar escaleras sin cansarme, pero aun no me estoy satisfecho todavía batallo en la ejecución de algunos ejercicios en el entrenamiento pero se que lo importante para llegar a mi meta no es llegar si no saber hacerlo.
