Yo siempre he sido una persona delgada y me cuesta mucho trabajo subir de peso y si no hago actividad física tiendo a bajar y eso para mi es frustrante.

Esta vez hice muy poco ejercicio y mantuve mi peso con los suplementos y ayuno de 14horas, rompía ayuno con el Muscle Energy los días que iba al gym, la Great Protein y fiber plus como desayuno más 4-5 huevos, las enzimas en cada alimento (y tomaba hasta dos en una sola comida cuando pecaba con pizza), y las vitaminas que me ayudaban a sentir más energía durante el día.

No marque como me gustaría, sin embargo me siento con más fuerza y firmeza en las piernas y glúteos.
