Hola comunidad del YOR Best Body, hoy me encuentro finalizando mi reto de 8 semanas, estoy muy contento ya que mucha gente piensa en "Es muy difícil bajar de peso cuando ya se esta grande" Yo me incluía en ese grupo de personas que pensaban asi.


Pero el dia de hoy a mis 61 años, el reto de YOR me demuestra que la edad no importa. Mi cuerpo esta mas tonificado, mas delgado, mi piel ha cambiado muchísimo, me siento y me veo mas joven. Sufria de problemas en la rodilla y en las cervicales, desde que estoy en el reto, no he vuelto a tener problema alguno. Es como si el cuerpo se hiciera mas joven!
Mi régimen es el siguiente:


Al despertar mis Super Greens y 2 YOR Essential Vitamins
Me voy a caminar 30 min y regresando me tomo mi YOR Shake de Vainilla
En la tarde mi comida la acompaño con 1 YOR Digest Ultra y 1 YOR Shape
En la noche me vuelvo a tomar mi YOR Shake de Vainilla, 2 YOR Essential Vitamins y 1 YOR Repair Ultra.
