I started the 8 week challenge this time around because I wanted to slim down for my upcoming wedding and I knew the challenge would keep me on track to my goals.

At first it was a bit hard to let go of some of the bad habits that I had from eating to late in the evening or simply not eating enough meals because I thought starving was the answer to my problems. Things started to change on the scale when I started to follow the product regimen daily and making sure I ate wholesome meals and was sure not to skip a real meal to grab a low nutrition high carb snack.

I was sure to take my super green with lemon everyone moribund after rising to help the body to detoxify and give me a boost of energy for me to do my morning cardio which i did 4-5 times a week accompany with some moderate workout st the gym 3-4 times a week. I believe I was able to keep on going because I had the repair to assist in my recovering and the digestive enzimes to help breakdown all my meals so my body would use it as energy.

It’s funny looking back at the before photo and not being able to realized that how I looked before! It’s so crazy, what’s a couple of weeks of hard work and dedication can do for you, in the beginning it’s hard to see the destination but as long as you take one step at a time your going to get there.

The 8 week challenge has shown me that the keep to getting to what your want is to simply do the work and believe in the process. If it wasn’t for the 8 week challenge and the people that have helped me during this transformation I wouldn’t be ready for my wedding next week. The 8 week challenge had definitely helped me reach my goals!
