My name is Shane and I'm 35 years old from Melbourne Australia.

I had just completed an 8 Week Best Body Challenge prior to starting this challenge and I wanted to keep the momentum going. After having great results from my previous challenge I wanted to push myself harder and set myself higher goals this challenge.

I feel like I've been able to achieve some more great results this challenge. I am feeling fit and healthy and have been able to get stronger through my core which will also help me with injury prevention in the future.

To help me with this challenge I took a variety of Yor Health supplements.

To start each day I drank a delicious shake which included the Yor Shake Vanilla, Yor Supergreens, Yor FIber Plus and Yor Berry Blast. This provided me with enough energy to keep me going all day.

Before enjoying a healthy lunch I would take the Yor Digest Ultra and Yor Essential Vitamins. This helped keep me healthy to be able to enjoy my everyday activities and keep any nasty bugs away. I would do the same before eating dinner.

Then before going to bed each night I would take the Yor Repair Ultra and Yor Probiotics Ultra to help me recover from the days activities and get a great nights sleep.

During the challenge I trained 4 to 5 times per week. After training I would have a Yor Shake Vanilla and Yor Repair Ultra to help encourage muscle growth and kick start my recovery so I was ready to go for my next training session.
