I've been struggling with my weight for years until one of my friend introduce me to YOR Health products. I've always been 135lbs. Its hard for me to lose that extra pounds because I love snacks and eat late at night. Due to lack of exercise and excessive eating, I was feeling unhealthy and out of shape.
