Hola, mi nombre es Daniel y estoy super contento ya que siempre había batallado muchísimo para subir de peso y en este reto aumente 4.7Kg sin problemas. Inicie con un peso de 58kg y actualmente estoy pesando 62.7Kg sin sentirme inflamado y sin batallar con la comida.
Mi régimen es muy sencillo, junto a mi alimentacion agrego:
-1 gota de limón en ayunas
-1 medida de super greens para romper ayuno
-2 medidas de Muscle energy durante el ejercicio
-2 medidas de YOR Shake terminando mi ejercicio
-1 medida extra de Muscle Energy junto con la cena
-2 YOR REPAIR antes de dormir
-2 YOR VITAMIN antes de dormir
Hago 1 hr de ejercicio diariamente saliendo del trabajo, descansando 2 días a la semana.
