Ok so this time I didn't miss the deadline!!
Over the last 2 years I noticed myself dropping my fitness/exercise standards and it became a lower priority than it used to be, which in turn affected my focus, confidence and overall quality of life.
Even though I was still using the products, I started feeling more sluggish. The benefit was that I didn't gain weight, but I definitely started making more poor food choices due to the lack of exercise!
Earlier this year, I raised my accountability with exercise thanks to an Apple Watch and started feeling on top of the world again, remembering how good it feels to work on my fitness. And so I decided I might as well start another challenge!
I continued using all the products as per usual... a super shake of berry blast, supergreens and 2 scoops of fibre in the morning, digestive enzymes with each of my two meals, along with vitamins, probiotics and 2 repairs every night, and finally the YOR Shake after every work out (1.5 scoops vanilla, 1.5 scoops chocolate plus either a drop of pink grapefruit or peppermint essential oils).
I didn't reach my goal weight but at the same time during the 8 weeks I realised it was not really about dropping weight, but about gaining more definition and especially improving on my strength. I can definitely say I achieved that, although the photos don't show much, I feel a lot stronger and simply better overall!
I love the mental clarity and confidence I've restored in my life and looking forward to doing another challenge again soon!
