Hello this is my fifth challenge and I am very happy to receive help from this platform that makes us stay in balance and maintain a healthy lifestyle

I started the challenge weighing 86kg and finished with 84kg, lowering my body fat index by 10%.
I do weights 5 days a week and cardio 2 times.
