I find that I doubt myself daily. I doubt my possibilities and my potential. I waver because I think I'm not confident. Before using the products I had a lot of problems with digestion and didn't really eat much and couldn't really eat that many foods. As time went along my digestion has gotten much better and my tolerance for various foods have increased (ex. dairy & foods with high acidity). I don't really like chocolate so I prefer using the vanilla mrp instead. I've found that using the complete burn really helps increase my energy during workouts and allows me to keep on going for a longer amount of time. My number one product of all is actually the digest ultra! It has become my best friend for every meal I take in. My health has indeed improved greatly :) and if I ever do get sick, there are solutions right in front of me. I feel like my surprise at being able to eat more has overwhelmed me a bit. I personally realize I have difficulty maintaining my weight after I've dropped it. I know I haven't gotten to where I want to be yet but I shall continue to push to get further. No one will change my life for me, but me. That beach body six pack abs will come! Definitely watch out for it. I am excited to have a community of people that can help push me further. Even if I'm feeling incapable, I AM capable.
