Mi nombre es Jenny Munoz tengo 34 años y es mi tercer reto.
Los cambios en mi cuerpo han sido muy notorios estoy muy contenta y satisfecha con todo esto pero sobre todo me siento muy bien.
Amo los productos de Yor Health pero tengo mis favoritos El shake de Vainilla mi favorito combinado con el berry Blast .
Bueno les comparto mi rutina. Al despertar mis vitaminas y super Slim, breakfast avena y frutos silvestres(fresas,arandanos) con mis digest.
Lunch shake de Vainilla y un plátano.
snak pepinos,tomates acompañados con unas gotas de limón.
3 pm una ensalada con muchos vegetales acompañada de proteina ya sea pollo o pescado o alguna carne magra mis digest por su puesto y una hora antes mis Super Slim.
Super green entre 4 o 5 pm.
7 pm una comida completa.
10 pm antes de ir a la cama mis vitaminas y mis reparadoras.
