This challenge was both mentally and physically difficult. Before I made the commitment I was training 2 times a week possibly 3 all because I wanted to be as healthy as possible. On the 19th of may my life changed as I grew older I left my friends who bullied me behind, I needed a chance for change and what better way then to do the 8 week challenge convincing myself that I can do it " trust yourself no matter what anyone else thinks" I started to train 5 days a week changing my workout routines. waking up with a purpose a vision on what I wanted my final to look like. so I knew that each rep/set I did was adding to create that visual image. as far as the products helped me around the mid section. all that 3 years of kickboxing finally started to come through, not feeling bloated after a meal and cleaning out my digestive system completely. Then for 4 weeks I lost track of everything. My meals, going to gym, and my sight on the finished product. 4 weeks gone and only 1 week to train hard eat well and believe it or not I certainly accomplished it.
the reason I did this is to honestly if you want something don't just dream for it work hard for it, encouraging others to put the work into something that is this personal to produce a lifetime of pride.
