Feeling uncomplete with my first 8week challenge, here I am feeling more completed than ever before with my 2nd cycle!!

Waking up, I take 1 capsule pro biotic and 2 capsule super slim with a full glass of water. After 30 min, I have my berry blast stick &/or SuperGreens and snack throughout the day making sure to have my oats along with 2 shakes. I work out 2-3 times a week at the gym & I am pleased with my result: 8lbs lighter, no more migraines, lots & lots of energy, reflex & balance is on point, what more can get better than this~?!!

Most importantly, I learned how to love the canvas of my body & am forever grateful/appreciative of the system, the love & support from my YOR Health fam. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!
