Que tal amigos, buenas tardes, mi peso al inicio fue de 108 kilogramos, el día de hoy peso 99 kilogramos pero lo más importante es que me puedo poner ropa que antes era imposible, para mi fotografía del después utilice ropa que no me quedaba antes.

Compre un paquete adelgaza y me tomaba en el desayuno mi MPR dos cucharadas en 500 ml de agua, más tarde una fruta, mi comida con enzimas digestivas y para antes del entrenamiento me tomaba un sobrecito de berryblast.

Mis entrenamientos eran de lunes a viernes, 30 minutos intensos de cardiovascular y fuerza.
