This is my second challenge, and I'm happy to say that after a hormonal imbalance I experienced a couple of months ago, my system is just simply going back to normal! My FSH hormonal levels changed drastically (for the better) and my iron levels are just fantastic
.
This is not only making me feel great again, but the fact that I took control of my health is just another world. I work 50-60 hrs. a week in the 24/7 airline industry and as a part time I am expanding this amazing opportunity. These detox/challenge has allowed me to have great energy, I lost fat around my belly and gained more muscle, I sleep very well which allows me to wake up feeling great between 4:30- 5am

I committed to workout 20-30 minutes of HIIT workouts 4 times a week.

Daily routine was:

6 AM
2 repairs on empty stomach
2 Vitamins
7 AM
Mix 1 scoop of MRP and 1 scoop of vegan protein
1 super greens
2 scoops of fiber

1130AM
light lunch & 2 enzymes

DRINK WATER ALL DAY with a drop of orange/lemon essential oil

3PM - 4PM
Snack - Super greens

6PM- Berry blast and 2 vitamins, Clear Mind oil
7-8PM Dinner - 2 enzymes

Before going to be on empty stomach take 2 probiotics
