Soy Ana, estoy feliz de haber podido terminar estas semanas con el reto. Siempre he tenido mucho problema en lograr los resultados que busco con una dieta y una rutina de gym y mas despues de estar todo el dia en una oficina sin una hora fija de salida y la mayoria del tiempo sentada.
Ahora que utilice los productos Yor me senti muy diferente y estoy feliz de que eso se haya reflejado en mi aspecto fisico. Mi dia iniciaba con el super greens y una capsula de shape, a media mañana mi malteada, antes de comer una capsula de digest. Al salir de mi trabajo paso de 1 a 2 horas en el gym y al finalizar vuelvo a tomar mi malteada yor, por supuesto antes de dormir 1 capsula de Probioticos.
