Yo inicie el reto yorbestbody debido a que toda mi vida he sido muy delgada y mi meta era subir mi peso en masa muscular, una amiga me platico del reto de 8 semanas para aumentar en musculo y decidí participar, a los largo de estas 8 semanas me prepare muchísimo tanto en entrenamiento, como en alimentación y suplementación.



Elegí el paquete fitness ya que tenia los productos que se adecuanaban a lo que yo buscaba, por la mañana en ayuna era una cápsula de probiotico, media hora despues tomaba una porción de proteína MRP y un sobre de berryblasta para irme a entrenar por las mañanas, eran pesas por 1 hora de lunes a sábado, mas tarde tomaba mis supergreens como una colación y por la tarde junto con la comida 2 enzimas digestivas, por la noche antes de acostarme tomaba mis repair para tener un buen efecto durante el descanso.



La verdad que me he sentido muy bien, he aumentado 2 kilos de musculo y era algo que tenia tiempo buscando, sin duda alguna ha sido una muy grata experiencia poder participar en este desafió y sin duda tendrán más noticias sobre mi muy pronto.
