Hola familia!!! mi nombre es Yolanda tengo 47 años y súper contenta de terminar mi sexto reto de salud, sigo practicando crossfit 3 veces a la semana que era algo que yo decía que nunca iba a poder practicar, baje un kilo de gracita, además me siento súper bien ya que con la ayuda de los suplementos me ayudado a tener mejor condición física y una mejor salud y por supuesto que no lo hubiera logrado sin el apoyo de Yorhealth 360.
