Este reto a sido muy interesante, a pesar de que hubo días en que mis tiempos no me permitian comer a la hora indicada, pude mantener mi peso y subir masa muscular, me sentí con más energía, por la mañana en ayudas tomo YOR Muscle energy durante el entrenamiento de crossfit, como a las 10am me tomo YOR Super Greens, despues de media hora desayuno, antes de la comida como una pequeña guarnición, por la tarde tengo mi comida más pesada, si es necesario me tomó YOR Berry Blast, si tengo hambre me como un snack y durante el desarrollo del día tomó bastante agua (2ltrs mín); al terminar mi día me tomo las Vitaminas y asi sucesivamente hasta el otro díal.
