Hi!
My name is Ta. I’m a mother of two wonderful boys. All my life, I always put everyone’s needs first and never really focus on myself.
Lately, everyone around me has been sick and hospitalized. It hurts to see them in pain. I’ve also been diagnosed with high blood pressure and hypothyroidism. I came to realized that if I don’t take care of my health now, I won’t be able to be there for my young boys and everyone else.
I decided that I can’t help everyone get better, but I can help myself. I’ve made the decision to focus on getting healthy and loosing weight to look and feel better.
It’s been the best decision ever. Within a week, I lost 7lbs and felt lighter and full of energy. I was able to focus more. Losing more weight has made my blood pressure go down to normal levels. Waiting to see my doctor regarding my thyroid issues.
My husband and I did the 8 weeks challenge and both have amazing results. I lost 20lbs and he lost 30lbs. We keep each other accountable and also our support from our team/up-line is amazing!! They keep us going!
This is my regiment:
Probiotic and super slim waking up
30 mins then shake with super green and vitamin
Super slim before Lunch, lean protein and veggies for lunch, take ultra digest and vitamin
Fruits or nuts for snacks
Super slim before dinner
Dinner is protein shake or light salad or avocado
Ultra repair at night
I love super green and berry blast together as work out drink
I didn’t add in gym and working out until my 6th weeks to tone up.
I love the system and working out now!! I want to lose 10 more lbs! Can’t wait for my next cycle results:)
