I’m married to a beautiful, hard working wife with two beautiful sons. I work a full time job, working from 40 hours to 70 hours a week.
I decided to take this challenge, because my wife talked to me about us not getting any younger or healthier. She also pointed out about her parents with diabetes and herself with high blood pressure that made me realize I still want to be around for my children.
I have a hard time tying my shoes when I bend or get down. I barely play with my two sons from playing with their toys to running with them. Never liked physical activities.
When I started the challenge, I hated it. I missed my rice and meat. Had to change my diet to more veggies and fruits, which i rarely eat. Now, I consistently eat veggies as a replacement for rice and my fruits to satisfy my sugar taste. Now I feel lighter, faster, not as dependent on my two a day energy drinks, can actually tie my shoes, and keep up with my sons. My belly isn’t in the way at work. Overall, I’m happier with how far I’ve accomplished with the help of my wife. I’ve told her that I was gonna do it naturally, but the question was when and would I be able to do it, but with the help of the challenge, I’m happy to say it does work and I too, want everybody else on board.
