My name is Christine. I was introduced to YOR Health a year ago by a good friend of mine. I saw that she was losing weight and looking fabulous, so I asked her what she was doing. She introduced me to the products, but I was initially not interested because not only was I skeptical, but was afraid that it was another fad diet. I have been struggling to lose weight for the past 10 years after having my two kids. It’s been one long roller coaster ride! I was always feeling tired and on top of that, I had developed some digestive issues. I was desperate to change the way I feel inside so I decided to give YOR Health a chance. After educating myself with the products with my coach, I was ready to take on this 8 week challenge to start my transformation. YOR Health is not a diet, but it’s a way of life ...mind, body, and soul. After starting YOR Health I was forever changed because I was able to develop better eating habits which made me feel better inside and outside. Losing some weight and shaving off the inches were just added bonuses. I was less tired and had more energy to do more activity with the family and amazingly my digestive issue slowly subsided. I no longer had that bloated feeling that made me sick to my stomach.

My routine : In the morning, I start the day with my SuperGreens then followed by YOR shakes with Fiber Plus and 1 Essential Vitamin. I take 1-2 Super Slim 1 hr before a balanced lunch with 2 Digestive Enzyme and 1 Essential Vitamin. For dinner it was another YOR shake with Fiber Plus and 1 Essential Vitamin. Before bed I have 2 Repair Ultra and 2 Probiotics Ultra to help cleanse out all the bad stuff by the next morning. I used Berry Blast as needed before any workout. I was walking on the treadmill 2-3 times a week, 2-3 miles per session. I went from no exercising at all to gradually incorporating this to my weekly routine.

I am so thankful that I was introduced to the YOR Health line. Not only has the products changed my mindset on health , but I was able to lose 10 pounds and at least 3 inches off my waist. I’m still not where I want to be yet, so my journey will still continue after this challenge. YOR Health supplements have taught me to take control of my health back again!
