Soy Tony Damian, concluyendo este reto con mucho esfuerzo, hace un mes sufrí una caída en mi trabajo lo que me impidió hacer ejercicio cardiovascular y continuar con mis rutinas de pesas.
Solo me mantuve firme en la alimentación y suplementos.
Consumo la mayoría de ellos, supergreens, enzimas reparadoras, malteada de vainilla, fibra, Yorsuperslim, enzimas digestivas, berryblast, vitaminas.
Ahora uso unas mezclas en mi espalda para ayudar a la lesión y en cuanto me las pongo me siento mucho mejor.
Aún me falta por llegar a mi meta, voy de poco a poco; yo trabajo en construcción, y empezó la temporada difícil donde el calor solo te lleva a comer y tomar bebidas poco saludables, pero estoy firme, continuaré con mis berryblast y mi malteada.
