Hello Yor Health Family,

My name is Karen Vang and I am a 45 year-old mother of six beautiful children in Seattle, Washington. My weight problem started after my 4th child was born. In 2001 when she was one years old, I went back to college for my undergraduate degree. For the next 3 years, I survived on fast food and very little sleep.

In 2006, I gave birth to my last child via C-section. I was 33 years old and at my heaviest weight when he was born. To make matters worse, in 2009, my husband lost his job so I ended up working two jobs to support the family. I often worked 14-16 hour shifts during the week, worked over the weekend on my second job, and would pull an all-nighter to meet project deadlines. To keep me going, I would drink 20-30 ounces of black Americano espresso each day.

In 2016, my weight skyrocketed to 165 pounds which was considered “obese” because I am only 4 feet, 10 inches tall. I was often age shamed and body shamed by the people in my community. In 2017, I suffered an anxiety attack due to chronic stress, adrenal fatigue, and depression. This incident made me realized that life is fragile and that tomorrow is not guaranteed.

After I came back to my senses, I started a personal challenge with my eldest daughter to lose weight. We changed our eating habits and worked out more often at the gym. I needed help so I took some weight loss supplement to suppress my appetite. We both successfully lost 20 pounds each and I went down to 145 pounds but I hit a plateau in October 2017. For the next 5 months, I tried to lose 5 pounds without success. It was very frustrating to see my weight fluctuate up and down between the 5 pounds.

In March 2018, I met my Yor Health sponsor via FaceBook. He had sent me a friend request and I had sat on it for weeks because he was very young looking and I was not interested in friending young males that I do not know; however, friending him was the best thing that happened to me.

I scrolled through some of his postings and was amazed by the results of some of the weight loss participants so I messaged him. We scheduled for a one-hour meeting but I was so intrigued and had so many questions that it turned out to be a two and a half hour meeting. After my sponsor was done presenting the products, I signed up immediately for the 8-week challenge because I was ready for a miracle.

The Regimen and Exercises:

For the first 36 days of my challenge, I drink a shake for breakfast and I take 2 essential vitamins after my shake. My breakfast consists of 2 scoops of vanilla Yor Shake, 1 scoop of Supergreen, and 1 scoop of Fiber Plus.

For lunch, I eat a salad with choice of meat or eggs, avocado, berries, and fresh squeezed lemon juice as dressing. After my last bite, I take a Digest Ultra and then 2 Essential Vitamins. Before lunch and before dinner, I eat a snack such as fresh fruits, nuts, Greek yogurt, or steamed/raw veggies if I am feeling hungry.

For dinner, I drink a shake with 2 scoops of chocolate Yor Shake and then I take 2 Essential Vitamins after my shake.

Before bed, I take 2 Probiotics and 2 Repairs with a full glass of water. For the first 24 days of my challenge, I was too excited and neglected to take my Super Slim pills. From day 25 to day 36, I take 2 Super Slim pills 30-60 minutes before each meal.

On day 37, I changed my meal plan to the intermittent fasting schedule because I was not losing any more weight. In the morning, upon waking up, I take 1 Probiotic, 1 Repair, and 1 Essential Vitamin with a full glass of water.

For breakfast, I drink a Supergreen mixture with berry blast and fresh squeezed lemon juice. After 12PM, for lunch, I drink a shake with 2 scoops of chocolate Yor Shake and 1 scoop of Fiber Plus.

Around 2:30PM, I take 2 Super Slim and 2 Essential Vitamins then at 3:00PM, I eat a mixed salad with half of an avocado and a serving of protein. After my last bite, I take a Digest Ultra.

Around 5:00PM, I eat a snack if I am hungry. Around 7:00PM, I take 2 Super Slim and 2 Essential Vitamins then I eat dinner around 7:30pm and fast from 8:00PM until 12:00 Noon the next day. After dinner, I take a Digest Ultra. My dinner menu on the intermittent fasting schedule consists of one serving of protein, one-half of an avocado, a cup of vegetable, and a cup of complex carbs.

In summary, I take the products at least 4-5 times a day – upon wakeup, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sometimes before bed.

With regards to exercises, I had some setbacks during my first month due to family matters so I was not able to exercise as often as I wanted to but during my second month, I worked out at least 5 times a week. My workouts typically last at least one hour and it is a combination of cardio and weight exercises. If I cheated myself and ate food that is not on my food list, I will add in another 15 minutes of aerobic exercises.

Overall, at the end of the 8-week challenge, I lost 10 pounds in weight. I went from 142 pounds to my final weight of 132 pounds. Additionally, I lost 3 inches from my waist and 2 inches from my hip. This is amazing because I had originally planned on taking a whole year to lose 15 pounds and was not even considering losing that much in inches! In total, I had lost 33 pounds since I started my weight loss journey in 2017.

Thanks to Yor Health, I am now a fitness addict, more confident, and more beautiful. I am able to fit back into clothes that I could not even zip or button a year ago. I am going to do a second round of the challenge to lose all my desired weight and then tone up/bulk up. I hope to inspire and motivate others to challenge themselves mentally and physically. I have never felt so beautiful and so powerful in my life before Yor Health!
