Estoy muy emocionada con mi 3er reto! Porque que visto más definición en mis músculos, algo con lo que batallo mucho es bajar la grasa de las piernas y ya se empieza a notar el músculo, logré bajar 2% de grasa e incrementar la masa muscular.
Seguí haciendo el detox, esta vez entre 16 y 18 hrs de ayuno, rompía con mi supergreens, una hora después la malteada Y en la tarde mi comida normal con digestivas y antes de dormir mis reparadoras. Utilicé también la mezcla metabólica de aceites de 2 a 3 veces al día y mi entrenamiento normal de 3 a 5 días por semana.
