Hi everyone, my name is Hong Gao Chen, I am 21 years old. I am from Quincy.
I decided to take part in this challenge to push myself to new limits and to create a new healthy habits.
After this 8-week Challenge I went from 173 lbs/ 78.47 kg to 170 lb / 77.11 kg; now I feel healthier and more confident about my body.
