It's been a long journey to get to this point. Before taking the YOR Health products I struggled to get the weight off and keep it off. Being an athlete and playing sports most of my life, I thought I would always remain fit and never gain weight. However, that all changed when I was about 30 years old. I started gaining weight and sorta lost my desire to workout. Because I wasn't playing competitive sports anymore I didn't see a reason to spend 1-2 hours a day in the gym anymore. Needless to say I got into a vicious cycle and gaining weight then trying to lose it and so on.

When I was introduced to YOR Health product line, I was able to lose weight without much effort. All I did was replace 2 meals a day with the YOR Shake, take YOR Digestive Enzymes & YOR Essential Vitamins with my solid food meals, drink SuperGreens as a snack, and YOR Probiotics at night before bed. That was pretty simple to do and I initially lost 20lbs in the first 4 weeks, no exercise at all.

However, about a year ago I began to experience a serious skin condition called atopic eczema. I was breaking out all over my body. I tried so many different over the counter items. I was almost ready to give up. Then I was reading something one day and it never occurred to me that my diet, the same one that was causing my weight gain could be the reason I was having this skin issue too. Initially I joined the challenge to lose weight, but in the process I actually cleared up my skin as well. Now that I have lost even more weight I wanted to see at my prime age of 44 if I could get back into the shape I was in my 20's. So I entered the YOR Best Body Challenge Sculpt category this time. During this eight week challenge I started running 2-3 times a week and working out 1-2 times per week. I believe what has made the most difference is the YOR Health products. During this challenge I have been drinking a YOR Shake (strawberry/blueberry) smoothie with YOR Fiber Plus for breakfast, YOR SuperGreens & YOR Ultra Repair right after my workouts, YOR Digestive & YOR Essential Vitamins with my solid food meals, and YOR Probiotics. So far I have been able to get great results with this formula. I have also been saving money on my grocery bill because I am not craving junk food and don't but it when I go grocery shopping!
