This challenge has been a game changer for me. It helped me get back on track and feel healthy. The products are amazing and the regimen my coach put me on made me feel terrific!!
I drank a shake in the morning with super greens and fiber, a snack in the early morning, a salad with meat for lunch, another snack in the later afternoon and a shake for dinner.
I worked out about 3x per week and did a mix a cardio and weigh lifting.
I have lost 20lbs (from 226 to 206), but I am not done. My plan is to lose another 45 using Yor Health products by October in time for my sisters wedding.
