Mi nombre es Patty y este es mi tercer reto. Pero este fue muy diferente, la determinación que me dejó no tiene palabras. El hacer cosas de las que no me creía capaz es algo de lo que estoy muy agradecida con la compañía. Logre una fuerza, condición y energía que hicieron que mi estilo de vida cambiara por completo. Muy rutina fue la siguiente: empezaba mi mañana con supergreens y aceite bare de limón, a la media hora tomaba mi Yor Shake y un rato después mi desayuno. A la hora de comida tomaba digest.
