Me Llama o Alejandro Huidobro tengo 47 años. estoy super contento de haber tenido la experiencia de hacer el reto de 8 semanas de Yor Health .
Durante Muchos años me dediqué a bailar Profesionalmente pero me retiré 11 años atrás. Ya no hago ejercicio de esa manera.. nunca pensé que mi cuerpo y salud cambiará tanto sin ejercicio .
